Welcome from the Executive Director

I wish to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to all the stakeholders who have guided us and given us a helping hand in achieving our goals. Among our major projects is Divine Mercy School and as you will see from the progress report below we are making great strides in this area due largely to the financial and moral support of friends from Europe, USA and New Zealand.

I also wish to thank my board for their innovation and for working tirelessly to reach our intended objectives and to recognise our local partners; Red Cross Uganda and The Real Uganda for facilitating our programs especially at the grass roots level.

My appreciation also goes to the academic committee of Divine Mercy headed by Mr Matende Geoffrey and Mr Alicwam Joseph for the tremendous job they do.

Let us together as one celebrate our past achievements and look forward to consolidating an even more positive future.

"Super Sports Challenge" for Divine Mercy pupils

During the month of November two volunteers from New Zealand worked with the children of Divine Mercy school in classes P3, P4 and P5. The children participated in games and sports culminating in their receiving a 'Certificate of Achievement' for their participation. Many of the activities were new to the children but they responded with their usual enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
